A previously calibrated rotometer is being used to measure a gas flow. The old calibration curve is a straight line described by the following equation:

Where
Q=flow, liters/minute
RR=rotometer readi g, dimensionless
The rotometer was calibrated using ethane (C2H6) at 1.40atm and 60*F. The gas presently bei g used is methane (CH4) at 1.10atm and 100*F.
