Question - Customers in a line up are given tickets such that the first customer gets ticket "1", the second gets ticket "2" etc. until the 99th customer gets ticket "99". When more than 99 customers line up, the ticket machine restarts numbering tickets from "1" such that the 100th customer gets ticket "1", the 101st customer gets ticket "2" and so on. Calculate the ticket variance for a sample of 147 customers in the line.
