Solve the following question given below:

Question: The Mars rover Curiosity is on its way to the landing area on Mars. It will descend by using several stages of slowing down to achieve a soft landing. Suppose the landing vessel that includes the rover and the rocket has a mass of 2800 kg, and that it starts the final slowing down at an altitude of 250 m above ground with a downward speed of 250 mi/h. The slowing is accomplished by the landing rockets firing toward the ground, providing a back thrust.

A- Calculate the thrust in Newton's that is needed for Curiosity to land on the Martian surface at 1.70 mi/h. The acceleration due to gravity on Mars is 3.76 m/s2.

Show all work, use additional paper if necessary.
