In a factory the time it takes to assemble given equipment varies from worker to worker, but it is known that the distribution of assembly time is normal with the mean of 100 minutes and with the standard deviation of 10 minutes.

The new management introduced a new work system hoping that it would decrease the mean assembly time. In a random sample of 36 workers collected after the new system was introduced the mean assembly time was 95 minutes with the sample standard deviation of 15 minutes. Is the new mean assembly time less than a 100 minutes? (State H0 and H1 rejection rule at a = 0.01 and your conclusion.)

Here's what I have so far:
Ho: mean=100
Ha: mean<100
the critical value is -2.33
Rejection rule: reject Ho if z < -2.33

How do I calculate the test statistic? Am I getting it right so far?
