The required date;
Name of the reference place/city according to which your clock/watch is set.

Some additional inputs you may include:
Altitude and longitude of the location;
EOT of the day;
The longitude of the reference place/city according to which your clock/watch is set;
Information about summer day-light saving time at the location.
