An approaching locomotive blows its whistle. A stationary ovserver at a grade crossing hears a frequency shift from 485 Hz to 421 Hz as the locomotive passes him by. Calculate the speed of the locomotive in mph. (use 1 mph = 1.6 km/h and a speed of sound of 343 m/s)
