Two blocks of mass m1 = .6 kg and m2 = 1.0 kg are connected by a massless thing, as shown in the Figure. They are released from rest. The coefficient of kinetic friction between the upper block and the surface is .26. Calculate the speed of the blocks after they have moved a distance 37 cm. Assume that the pulley is massless and frictionless.
