Two identical +45.3 nC point charges A and B, with masses of 3.0*10^-9 kg each, are fixed in place with a distance of 2.54 cm between them. The force holding charge B at rest is suddenly removed, so that it accelerates radially away from charge A, which remains fixed. Calculate the speed of charge B when it has reached a distance of 3.68 cm away from charge A.
