Part A: Calculate the speed and elastic potential energy of the block as it passes through the equilibrium position x = 0. (Elastic potential energy means potential energy associated with a stretched or compressed spring.)

Part B: Calculate the speed and elastic potential energy of the block when it is in the position x = 1.1 cm.
