Question - On January 1, 2012, PT Sakura issued bonds with a nominal value of 300 million with a term of 5 years and a coupon rate of 8%. Interest is due on January 1 and July 1. The effective interest rate is 6%. On March 1, 2016, PT Sakura paid off one third of the bonds by paying 220 million

Requested -

1. Calculate the selling price of the bonds.

2. Make an amortization table

3. Record the journal entries at the time of issuance of the bonds and on 30 June 2015 and 31 December 2015.

4. Make a journal entry to record the partial repayment of the bonds on March 1, 2016.
