Detailed Question: Based on the paper that I attached, I want a program in MATLAB that can calculate the response spectra for the columns. Then we should take a sine function for translation and a different sine function for torsion, and see if we are getting correct results. If that turns out good, then we nedd to generate some artificial accelerograms with corresponding torsional accelerograms and see if we can get results that resemble what we have in the paper.
