Problem 1: An institutional investor, with a capital of $100m, wishes to generate $7m each year and also wishes to grow  the fund by 2% each year (in real terms). The foreseeable inflation rate is 1.5%. The institution will not be receiving any contributions and the portfolio managers will charge 0.75% per annum. Calculate the required return of the fund.
