Water flowing at a rate of 70 kg/min is to be heated from 340 to 350 K in a counterflow double pipe heat exchanger by a 50% glycol solution that enters the heat exchanger at 360 K and exits at 345 K. If the overall heat-transfer coefficient is 300 W/m2 ·K, calculate the required heat-exchanger area.
