Question - Established in Surabaya, PT Farmasi Sehat Tbk. has paid a regular dividend of Rp 200 quarterly for the last 4 years. Currently, the company has 2 million shares outstanding. Over the next year will have to spend Rp 8,000,000,000 to service its debt and spend Rp 2,000,000 in capital expenditures. The company has Rp 500 million of cash and cash equivalents. Over the next year how much cash must be provided from operations to continue to make the same quarterly dividend payment and still have Rp5 million in cash at the end of the year?
