Imagine a perfectly elastic collision between to masses. Mass m1 is moving horizontally to the right at v0 towards mass m2. The mass m2 is at rest before the collision. After the collision, m1 moves 30 degrees above the horizontal at v1, and m2 moves at theta below the horizontal at v2. The masses are m1 = 0.1 kg and m2 = 0.2 kg. Calculate the recoil angle of m2 and the recoil speed of m2.
