Question- A bio film has formed on a non-porous surface in a reactor. The reaction rate is 0.3 g/s x m3 (robs). The thickness of the bio film is 16 mm, Ks = 2.5 g/L, S0i = 25 g/L, and the glucose diffusivity in the bio film is 0.3 x 10-9 m2/s.
