A construction bid is $8 million and it has a contract period of 5 months. The assumed continuous cash flow is trapezoidal, and ti=20% and tf=60%. The profit earned by the contractor is 20%. Payment is monthly. Retainage is 10%, and there is a 1-month delay in payment by the owner to the contractor. Calculate the project cash-flow table.
