Potential due to large planes. The planes x = 0 and y = 0 are conducting and are connected to potentials as shown in Figure 5.34. The two planes do not meet at the origin (a small gap exists between them). If a potential V0 is given on the positive x axis, calculate the potential everywhere in the first quadrant. Hint: Use cylindrical coordinates.
