A four-pole three-phase synchronous generator has Xs = 1.82 per unit and ratings of 60 Hz, 24 kV, and 650 MVA. The generator operates at the following point: 60 Hz, armature voltage of 24 kV, output apparent power of 650 MVA, and power factor of 0.900 lagging.
