calculate the number of grams of acetic acid per 10ml of the vinegar. Since vinegar has a density of about 1.00 gram/ml, 100 ml eighs about 100 g. thus this calculation also gives the percent by weight of acetic acid in the vinegar. compare with manufacturers and calculate the percent error.
