Please provide a step-by-step explanation, both the active and passive portfolios have an initial capital of 1,000,000 and the initial closing prices were all selected dated from Sept 27 2021. 

I am not sure how to calculate the quantity for the following stocks, I am using a 130/30 strategy, please help me.  I am not sure if the following stocks fit an active portfolio strategy or if this is how to a 130/30 stock selection.
