2 moles of a monatomic ideal gas is placed under a piston in a cylindrical container. The piston can move freely up and down without friction and its diameter is 20 cm. A 50 kg weight is placed on the top of the piston. The initial temperature of the gas is 0 °C.

a. Calculate the absolute pressure in the container

b. Calculate the volume of the gas. The gas is heated to a temperature of a 100 °C at the constant pressure.

c.  Calculate the new volume of the gas.

d. Calculate the amount of work done by the gas during its expansion.

e. Calculate the change in internal energy of the gas.
