Problem - Cellular Labs will invest $150,000 in a project that will not begin to produce returns for the first four years. From the end of the fifth year until the end of the 14th year (10 periods), the annual cash inflows will be $50,000.

a. Calculate the Net Present Value (NPV) of this project assuming the firm's weighted average cost of capital (WACC) is 12%.

b. If the cost of capital is 12%, should this project be undertaken? Why or why not?
