Question - A 3 year capital project is being evaluated. It is expected to save 1500 dollars each year in the first 3 years in labor and increase revenues by 1000 each year. It will require an investment of 500 in year 2 in addition to the initial 4000 dollar purchase price. Calculate the net cash provided by the project in year 2? (assume no tax implications, so no depreciation).
