On 6 October 1994, Sila Taupea, an Australian resident, purchased 7,000 shares in Backslide Ltd for $29,000. -On 15 July 20172018, he sold the shares for $18,000. Sila did not dispose of any other assets during the year, nor did he have any capital losses from previous years.
