The water system in a town is designed by a careless engineer. He places the new water tower at the top of an extremely tall hill, overlooking the mayor's house. The mayor then finds that some of the pipes in his house leak, which never happened with the old system. While making repairs, the mayor's plumber discovers that the pipes in the house leak when the pressure exceeds about six times atmospheric pressure. Calculate the minimum height of the water level in the tower relative to the mayor's house that will cause the leak.
