B. A titanium alloy cylindrical specimen with a modulus of 107 GPa and an initial diameter of 3.8 mm is only elastically deformed when a vertical tensile load of 2000 N is applied. If the maximum permissible deformation is 0.42 mm, calculate the maximum length of the specimen before the deformation begins.
