Question - ABC Corp. leased a new office space and paid $40,000 on leasehold improvements in January of 2020. This cost included dry wall, new carpets, and all new light fixtures. The term of the lease is 2 years plus an option to renew for 4 more years. There are no other class 13 leasehold improvements at this time. Calculate the maximum CCA that can be claimed in 2020 and 2021.
