A large, thin plastic disk wth diameter D=3.0 meters carries a uniformlydistributed charge of Q= -3.0 x 10^-5 C. An uncharged circular piece of aluminum foil is placed at a distance x=3.0 mm from the disk, and parallel to the disk surface. The foil has a diametet d=4.0 cm and a thickness t= 1.0mm. Calculate the magnitude q of the charge on the left circular face of the foil (the face closest to the plastic disk). Explain your reasoning.
