In a hydrogen atom, the electron and the proton are attracted to each other clue to electrostatic forces. Also, since the electron and the proton have mass, they are attracted to each other due to gravitational forces. The distance between the electron and the proton is r = 5.3 X 10-11 m.

(a) Calculate the magnitude of the electrostatic force Fe between the electron and the proton in the hydrogen atom;

(b) Calculate the magnitude of the gravitational force Fg between the electron and the proton in the hydrogen atom;

(c) Find the ratio of the two forces Fe/Fg.
