Three point masses are arranged as shown in the diagram above. Suppose mA = 350kg, mB = 150kg, and mC = 150kg and that all distance values are in meters.

1. Calculate the center of mass of the point mass arrangement by using C as the origin and the line CB as the positive x-axis.

2. Calculate the initial angular acceleration of the configuration if it is allowed to rotate about an axis perpendicular to the page passing through C.

3. Let the initial position be the same as described above. Explain how the angular acceleration would differ if the mass configuration were to pivot about an axis through A rather than C.
