BACKGROUND

In previous assessment items, you have selected an appropriate HVAC (individual Assignment), fire pro/ Lion and vertical transport systems for the baseline concept design. In this Assignment, you need to work in groups and discuss an present the proposed HVAC, fire protection and vertical transport systems that can be used in the baseline concept design. You also need to select an appropriate water collection system for this project.

The presentation and slides will be based on the provided baseline concept design. which is located in Melbourne and has four stories. including the ground level.

Content will include the following:

Zone the building
Calculate the heating/ cooling loads and airflows. Please provide clear calculation

Determine the water management system and tank size for this project
