What is the effective area of a parabolic reflector antenna that would have the same directivity as the microstrip patch array in Problem 4.10? Discuss how the reflector area compares to the area occupied by the microstrip patch array. [Assume that the horizontal spacing between patches is chosen for equal horizontal spacing between all the radiating patch edges, and that vertical spacing is chosen to make the distance between the top of one patch and the bottom of the neighboring patch equal to one wavelength.
