Apply the vacancy analysis technique to calculate the future internal HR supply for Aspect Manufacturing Corporation. The company is located in Ontario and manufactures parts for the automobile industry. Due to uncertainty in the Canada/US trade relationship, the company is predicting a decrease in the sales of its products and staff next year.

-Current Staffing: Level 1 (Vice President) 1 FTE; Level 2 (Director) 4 FTE; Level 3 (Manager) 20 FTE; Level 4 (Team Leader) 160 FTE; Level 5 (Production Worker) 1280 FTE

-Staffing Changes: 25% reduction at Level 2; 20% reduction at Levels 3, 4 and 5

-Normal Losses: Level 1 = 0%; Level 2 = 30%; Level 3 = 20%; Level 4 = 15%; Level 5 = 20%

-HR Supply Policy: Level 1 = 100% promotion; Level 2 = 80% promotion & 20% external hire; Level 3 = 80% promotion & 20% external hire; Level 4 = 60% promotion & 40% external hire; Level 5 = 100% external hireHow many full-time equivalent positions will be required at the Manager level next year?
