Suppose a mutual fund - ABC contains the following three companies as of Jan 14, 2022: Apple Inc. with 2000 shares @ $172.2 per share; Ford Inc. with 1000 shares @ $24.44 per share; and Walmart Inc. with 2500 shares @ $14.98 per share.

1. What is the NAV of the fund as of Jan 14th, 2022.

2. What is the change of fund's NAV if, on Jan 15, 2022, the Apple Inc. shares increase to $180, Ford Inc's shares increase to $30, and Walmart Inc's share decrease to $10?
