a) Calculate the force constant for the H-Cl bond.

b) Calculate the rovibrational spectrum for this molecule, including all transitions where the initial rotational level is 3 or lower.

c) Find a high resolution spectrum online and compare your results in part b) to the experimental data. Comment on any similarities and differences.
