A rescue helicopter lifts a 79 kilogram person straight up by means of cable. The man has an upward acceleration of 0.70 m/s2 and is lifted from rest through a distance of 11 meter.

(a) Estimate what is the tension in the cable?

(c) the man's weight?

(d) Use the work-energy theorem and calculate the final speed of the man.
