Question: An investor is estimating the fair value of PT X's shares. The company's sales for the end of this year are estimated at IDR 4,000 billion, and an EBIT margin of 35%. The company recorded total assets of IDR 2,500 billion, with a debt ratio of 55%. Debt interest of 10% and corporate tax of 25%. It is also known that the number of outstanding shares is 1 billion shares, and the industry average PER is 10.5. Question: Calculate the fair value of the shares based on the relative valuation method.
