The following data relate to the costs of contract cleaners (for industrial cleaning) at two activity levels. Square metres cleaned 44,600 60,600 Costs $122,000 $157,170 When more than 50,000 square metres are industrially cleaned, there will be a step up in fixed costs of $3,170.
