1. A protein binds a single tRNA molecule in the reaction

Protein + tRNA ----> Protein-tRNA   <----A biochemist mixes .

7 mM of total purified protein with a tRNA and measures the following concentrations after the binding reaction comes to equilibrium:   [tRNA]free=2.4mM [protein-tRNA] = 0.6 mM  

a.Calculate the equilibrium Keq for the tRNA binding to the protein and Calculate the delta G knot for the binding. Remember to use full molar units (not mM) for Keq in this calculation.
