An air standard dual cycle operates with a compression ratio of 15. At the beginning of the compression the conditions are 17°C, 0.95 bar, and 3.8L. The amount of heat added is 6.3 kJ, of which one-third is added at constant volume and the remainder at constant pressure. Calculate

(a) the energy transfer for each of the components [kJ/kg],

(b) the pressure after the constant-volume heat addition process [bar],

(c) the temperature before and after the constant-pressure heat addition process [°C],

(d) the temperature after isentropic expansion[°C], and

(e) the thermal efficiency of the cycle [%].
