The coil wand pendulum starts swinging with an angle of 30 degrees with the vertical. After it passes through the magnetic gap, the pendulum rises to a level which makes 10 degrees with the vertical. If the length from the center of mass of the pendulum to the pivot is 30 cm:

A) Calculate the heights of the pendulum at the start and final positions

B) What is the energy lost by the pendulum

C) If the time of the pendulum takes 0.2 seconds as it passes through the magnetic field, calculate the voltage dropped in the resistor r. Note that the resistances of the coil and the resistors are 1.9 ohms and 4.7 ohms respectively.
