We have a Q inventory system with an order quantity of 200 units, reorder point is 50 units, and order lead time is 3 days.

At the end of March 7, the inventory level and the inventory position are both 78 units.

Assume that the daily demands on March 8 through March 14 are 30, 25, 27, 20, 28, 22, and 23 units, respectively.

If there is a shortage, then the unsatisfied demand will be backordered at later dates.

Assume, the system operates everyday (no holidays).

Calculate the ending inventory and inventory position for March 8 through March 12.
