Supply eq. Q= 4 +0.1P^2

Can someone help calculate the elasticity of supply at the point Q=14?

Please show work so I understand. Additonal info in the book says the supply eq can be re-arranged to P=Sq root (10Q-40) but I don't think this is needed for the above question or not.
