An air-filled parallel plate capacitor with a plate spacing of 1.20 cm has a capacitance of 4.30 ?F. The plate spacing is now doubled and a dielectric is inserted, completely filling the space between the plates. As a result the capacitance becomes 13.7 ?F. Calculate the dielectric constant of the inserted material.
