A machine costing $900,000 was purchased on Jan 1, 2017. Its estimated salvage value is $90,000 and its expected useful life is eight years.

Instructions - Calculate the depreciation expense (to the nearest dollar) for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 (to the nearest dollar) by each of the following methods. Show your computations using the formula of each method.
