The bridge circuit of Prob. 10.28 is operated with a high-impedance detector. Calculate the voltage output for a strain of 2.0 μ in/in.

The nominal resistance for a strain gage is 120 ? and it is placed in an equal arm bridge where all arms also have resistances of 120 ? . The gage factor is 2.0 and the bridge is operated in a current-sensitive mode with a detector resistance of 75 ? . The voltage applied to the circuit is 3.7 V. Calculate the current sensitivity of this arrangement.
