An involute is generated on a basic circle having a radius R. of 4.000 in. As the involute is generated, the angle which corresponds to inv ∅ varies from 0° to 15°. For increments of 3° or this angle, calculate the corresponding pressure angle and radius R for points on the involute. Plot the series of points in polar coordinates and connect with a smooth curve to give the involute.
