A liquid solution of A and B at the room temperature (300 K) obeys "regular solution" behavior. The activity coefficients of A and B in the liquid solution are given by, ln γA = 2.0(1-XA)2 aAd ln yB = 2.0(1 -XB)2. At the room temperature the vapor pressures of pure liquid A and B are 0.2 and 0.5 atm, respectively.

a) Calculate the total vapor pressure over a A-B solution containing 30 mol% B at the room temperature

b) Calculate the composition of the vapor in equilibrium with that solution
