The reliable real state company in washington dx has a staff of 5, each working 6 hrs per day. Every staff member earns an hourly wage of 24. For each title processed, there is a cost of $120 for office materials. The firm has a daily overhead rate of 150%. Typically, the firm processes 11 titles per day, and charges $500 for each title processed.

The company intendsto purchase a computerized title search system that will speed processing. As a result, output will rise to 15 titles per day,without affecting the numbers of hours worked by staff members or the materials per cost per title. But it will raise overhead to 175%
